Super cute and just delicious! It is best to reserve in advance so that there is still food available. But it's worth it! We will be back definitely!

A really great place. Actually, it shouldn't be said any further. We regularly come to Gasthof Falkenhorst with our dog, take a walk on the beautiful Spree and then eat with Annika and Hugo. The food is a dream, delicious schnitzel, farmer's omelettes, noodles carbonara, risottos to name just a small selection. Then Annika's homemade cake, a poem 😍. Although you are usually already full, a must have! In summer on the cozy terrace and in colder temperatures inside by the cozy fireplace. Food is completely plant-based, but definitely not just for vegans. You have to try it out. 🥰

Super chill vibes at Gasthof Falkenhorst. 100% would stay again. Hugo, Annika and Henry are absolutely a dream and very low key. The apartment was gorgeous with great style and attention to detail. One love

Parked in front of the inn today at 12.30 to go on a bike tour followed by a meal in the inn, the boss briskly advised to leave the parking space for other guests who might come. We definitely won't come back, we've found another nice restaurant.

Yesterday was another nice day with a super good lunch for vegans. The service was very friendly and always tried to meet the needs of your guests. The homemade cake was also delicious leck. The coffee is also very tasty 😋

A wonderful, cozy, clean, charming getaway just a little bit outside of Berlin. We stayed here for a week as a sort of work retreat, to get some fresh air and greenery outside of the Berlin cityscape. Annika and Hugo are amazing hosts who go out of there way to make you feel comfortable and provide awesome recommendations. They also make and serve amazing food in the adjoining restaurant. Just freakin' get here! Bring bikes or a car so you can move about a little more freely as public transport comes seldom.

It is really amazing what Annika and Hugo conjure up here every weekend and on public holidays in this wonderful place with delicious vegan dishes. Annika bakes the best vegan cakes ever and always tries out new recipes! Hugo surpasses himself every week - and both are super friendly and helpful !!! This is the absolute insider tip and a must for every vegan and non-vegan !!! Definitely recommendable! 👍🤗

It was great to discover such dedicated people here. The food they serve was super tasty and the atmosphere was just heartwarming all around. We really charged our batteries here, highly recommended visit! Also if you want to stay overnight or for a few days you should check out their cozy guesthouse :).

A lovely place to stay for a night for a family before heading to the city. Our apartment was very cosy and the bed was very comfy. The food in the restaurant was delicious and my small children throughly enjoyed the Vegan Mac and Cheese and Coconut ice cream. The hosts were really friendly and helpful and made suggestions of walks we could take in the local area.

A vegan restaurant that does not hide behind the big ones. Although there are only four to five dishes, they change daily. Respect for the courage to operate such a restaurant in such an area. The food was good Vegan home cooking and for the great lemon cake after that I would have given a sixth star. Super shop super service super supi😁

We were served by the owner, very friendly and warm, food completely vegan. We tried three of the four dishes, the menu is clear, but changes often and it's always worthwhile stopping by. We were from outside to visit and can only look back in a few months, but wish the owner couple for the future much success!

Beautiful cozy guest house with an abundance of greenery, flowers, as well as a small restaurant, where the owners prepare vegetarian food. My husband and I found this accommodation on Airbnb, stayed there for 4 days and did not regret a bit. The guys have provided us not only comfort and relaxation, but also communication! I recommend everyone to visit this place :) There really is a rest!

We came across this place on our bike ride from Berlin, and omg what an amazing little gem it is. The best vegan food we have tasted in a long time and we were welcomed by the lovely hosts Annika and Hugo. This place is definitely a place to try if your travelling through the area . They also do accommodation which we will try on our next visit as the rooms we were shown looked so cosy and rustic. Thank you so much for looking after us and making us feel so welcome.

Spent an excellent day and night in the superb company of Annika and Hugo. Rooms and cosy restaurant in small village outside of Berlin, with walks in the woods and authentic fresh food crafted by Hugo the Vegan Wizard. Fantastic hosts and animal lovers too.

We stayed in the Gasthof loft apartment a weekend in October, and had lunch (lunch platte for me, with a really delicious patè) dinner (“traditional” vegan schnitzel with all the trimmings) and dessert (gluewein cake!). But the full English breakfast that we had served in our room was probably my favorite! They owners were kind enough to send me the recipe for the homemade habanero-sauce! Both of them (and their dog) are really Nice. Super friendly and down to earth. The apartment is cozy. A nice little “home away from home”-style get away (princess bride on dvd and a beer “vom fass” is a nice little tip) It’s really close to Berlin, and there is plenty of fresh air for an entire weekend. Highly recommend it!

We spent a weekend in the Gasthofs' loft apartment and had lunch, dinner, and dessert in the restaurant plus breakfast delivered to the room. The owners (and their dog) are friendly and sweet, and clearly passionate about serving great food and creating a cozy experience for their guests. The food is classic German / Gasthof style, buy vegan, delicious, and thoughtfully composed and served. Falkenhorst is a special place, calm and homely, in a tiny village, yet close to Berlin and the just-over hour-long trip there is totally worth it. Go there!

Food was good, dessert delicious. Would have even been better if the plates had been pre-warmed for the hot meals to reach the table more than luke-warm. We will visit again, especially for the cakes.

Gasthof Falkenhorst is a retreat from Berlin, only 35 minutes away from Ostkreuz - a cozy getaway. 5 star recommendations for the hospitality and the delicious vegan food and cakes! Swimming access closeby and a lush forest to explore. We really enjoyed our stay in the Dach Wohnung attic apartment which was really spacious and had a nice balcony with views to the forest.

Just had a fantastic meal at Gasthof Falkenhorst! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very cosy and welcoming. There are also rooms available to rent for exploring the local area. We will be returning on our next trip to Berlin as it is a welcome break from the busy city.

Loved this little quaint pub in Burig lovely food and drink with a real warming customer service. Can't wait to go back with my children.

The food was so delicious and the service, so delightful! The area is so beautiful and there are so many nice activities to do out there, although we were happy just chilling at the lake or the river. We stayed in the guesthouse apartment upstairs which was cosy and traditional. I would love to come back again!

Service is quick and friendly, hosts were very polite. Food is vegan, all fresh every day on a daily changing menu and exceptionally tasty (prices are very reasonable also). Highly recommended, also since the spree river is within a walking distance. In conclusion- worth the trip outside of the noisy city centre!

Nice, small restaurant, whose menu is manageable but still tasty. Pleasant prices and the operators are damn nice. A wonderful experience for the vegan excursion on the conservative country. I would like to come back

A fantastic hidden gem only 30mins from Berlin! We discovered this restaurant/Gasthof recently and have been coming back a few times since. Delicious hearty vegan food and cakes, nice cold beer, lovely sunny terrace and friendly staff. There are lots of beautiful lakes and forest close to the property which you can explore on foot or by bike. You can also rent an apartment on site if you want to enjoy a very relaxing break from the city's hustle & bustle. Dog friendly too! :)

I’m not a vegan but after stumbling across this Place recently I could be converted. Really great tasting food, good portions & warm friendly staff that went out of their way to welcome us. Will be back soon!

Brilliant food and service!

freshly prepared, healthy, delicious food - despite a small menu, I could hardly decide :) luckily after the burger there was still room for the homemade cake ... the idyllic inn with the warm service is located directly on the European cycle path ... my next one I make a bike tour stop here!

A wonderfully authentic German Gasthof with a complete vegan menu. Had dinner while passing through the area on a trip from the UK. Loved the vegan burger, one of the best I've experienced. Really nice staff, made us feel very welcome and spoke English too! Hope to visit and maybe stay in one of the holiday apartments next time.

The vegan hambúrguer was perfectly done! The staff very friendly and the place super beautiful, I wish I could stay for night in the bed and breakfast... will be back son :-)
